Kidcreate Studios in Loudoun County, VA seeks an After School Program Instructor to supervise and engage elementary students from 3-6 pm during the school year.

The ideal candidate brings energy and creativity to age-appropriate activities, creates a welcoming classroom, communicates with families and staff, and follows program policies while ensuring safety.

Competenze

• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in education, child development, recreation, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead groups of children and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Dependable, patient, energetic, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• Must meet applicable background-check and child-safety requirements.

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and engaging After School Program Instructor to join our team. The instructor will provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment for elementary school students during after-school hours (3-6 pm).
