Job summary

Hokali, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator in Concord, NH to manage daily after-school operations at assigned school sites. The role focuses on overseeing on-site programming, supervising staff, supporting students, and serving as the main point of contact for school partners.

You will lead program design aligned with Hokali’s values, coordinate logistics, ensure safety, and mentor a large team of instructors. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience working in schools or youth programs.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability and willingness to complete required online training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site programming and supervise staff at assigned school sites.
• Support students and serve as the main point of contact for school partners.
• Research and implement best practices in youth development and curriculum design that reflect HOKALI’s values.
• Manage site logistics including scheduling, facility booking, transportation, budgets, equipment inventory, attendance and incident records.
