Job summary

HOKALI is seeking a Site Coordinator in California to manage daily after-school operations at assigned school sites. This role focuses on overseeing on-site programming, supervising staff, supporting students, and serving as the main contact for school partners.

Responsibilities include program design, logistics, safety, and team leadership, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and a compensation of $33 per hour.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Experience working in schools or youth programs.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability and willingness to complete required online training.

Responsibilities

• Program design and mission alignment for youth curricula.
• Oversee on-site programming, scheduling, and logistics.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise instructors; liaise with Area Manager.
