Job summary

Hokali, Inc. is seeking an organized Site Coordinator to manage daily after-school operations at assigned school sites in California. You will oversee on-site programming, supervise staff, support students, and serve as the main contact for school partners.

The role focuses on program design, logistics, safety, and team leadership with a weekday schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and a pay rate of $33 per hour. Experience in schools or youth programs is required.

Responsibilities

• Program Design & Mission Alignment: Research and implement best practices in youth development to design educational curricula reflecting Hokali’s core values.
• Operational & Logistics Excellence: Oversee site logistics including scheduling, facility booking, transportation, budgets, equipment inventory, and record-keeping.
• Safety & Compliance Oversight: Ensure safety regulations and internal policies are followed; maintain risk management standards.
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Relations: Recruit, train, and supervise instructors; report performance to the Area Manager.

About the Role

We’re looking for an organized and people-focused Site Coordinator to manage daily after-school operations at assigned school sites.

Site Coordinator

This role focuses on overseeing on-site programming, supervising staff, supporting students, and serving as the main point of contact for school partners.

In this role, you will:

• Program Design & Mission Alignment: Research and implement best practices in youth development to design educational, safe, and engaging curricula that reflect HOKALI’s core values of healthy living, environmental respect, and personal growth.
• Operational & Logistics Excellence: Oversee all site logistics—including scheduling, facility booking, and transportation—while managing budgets, equipment inventory, and detailed record-keeping (attendance, progress, and incident reports).
• Safety & Compliance Oversight: Ensure 100% compliance with safety regulations and internal policies, conducting site supervision until the final student is safely dismissed and maintaining high standards for risk management.
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Relations: Recruit, train, and supervise a large team of instructors; provide ongoing mentorship to foster a collaborative culture while serving as the primary point of contact for resolving complex inquiries and reporting performance to the Area Manager.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $ 33 p/hr
