Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Experience in Field Operations or a similar coordinator role.
• Direct experience working in a school or after-school environment.
• Solid understanding of ASES and ELOP program frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit local school sites to ensure programs run smoothly and adhere to Hokali’s standards.
• Leverage ASES and ELOP guidelines to ensure regulatory and operational compliance across sites.
• Oversee end-to-end creation, tracking, and review of lesson plans to maintain quality.
