Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager for our 2026-2027 school year in the Illinois area. You will help run before/after school programs at partner schools, ensuring safety, engagement, and high-quality student experiences.

The role supports staff coordination, attendance and licensing compliance, and ongoing communication with families and district partners. Availability for morning and afternoon hours is required in Aurora area.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with school partners and families.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards when interacting with students, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and joy by coaching staff and upholding procedures.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and document proof of MMR.
