Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead a team of educators at Ottawa Elementary School District. You will coach staff, ensure licensing and safety compliance, and manage attendance and family communication during before/after school hours.

You will plan enrichment activities, coordinate with school partners and the Area Manager, and resolve daily issues to maintain a safe, engaging environment for students.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of educators or staff.
• Strong communication with adults and children.
• Experience working with children including those with special needs is preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Educators, providing coaching, feedback, and day-to-day guidance.
• Keep site documentation, licensing standards, and safety and attendance protocols up to date and compliant with state and company standards.
• Oversee daily check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate attendance records.
• Communicate regularly with families, school partners, and your Area Manager, responding promptly to emails, calls, and inquiries during program hours.
• Plan and oversee daily enrichment curriculum, movement, team games, and independent activity stations delivered by your team.
• Address and resolve day-to-day issues or conflicts among staff, students, or families.
• Monitor the program environment for safety, addressing hazards and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Report incidents, injuries, or safety concerns promptly and maintain accurate documentation.
