Lowey 21st CCLC program -WAZE, supervises staff, and helps deliver enrichment activities at Wallington Jr/Sr High School. The position emphasizes strong relationship-building, accountability, and adherence to NJ licensing and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in an after-school setting.
• Knowledge of NJDCF childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to pass background checks (NJDCF and organizational).
• Must obtain CPR/First Aid and Child Abuse certifications upon request.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise BGC staff at Wallington Jr/Sr High School.
• Maintain confidentiality of members and staff information.
• Manage groups of students in after-school program.
• Plan and participate in staff meetings and program activities.
• Ensure safety and compliance with all policies and procedures.
