Job summary

Poudre School District is seeking an experienced program supervisor to manage out-of-school time programs across multiple district sites, including Title I and 21st CCLC initiatives. You will work closely with school administrators, staff, students and families to design engaging activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in youth programming, and the ability to coach staff, manage attendance, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary courses in education, human development, and family studies preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in child and youth programming or related fields.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience working with diverse populations of both adults and students.
• Minimum of one year experience with management and/or supervision.
• Criminal background check required for hire.
• Valid US driver's license.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (agreement to maintain certification throughout employment).

Responsibilities

• Create plans for logistical functions of after school and summer programs across area sites, including scheduling, offerings, lesson design, purchasing, prep, and budget management.
• Coach site facilitators on logistics, staff/student support, and program design, ensuring district policies and federal compliance.
• Direct multiple site staff daily to ensure safety and proper supervision; coordinate with ELO for crisis prevention and preparedness.
• Communicate program details to parents and school staff; manage enrollments, schedules, transportation, and communications.
• Build relationships with students and families; participate in site activities and staff development.
• Assist in recruiting staff and community members; onboard and develop lesson plans and supply requests; help with grant writing input.
• Maintain rosters and program records; evaluate recruitment and waitlist equity across sites.
