Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working with children under 13 preferred.
• Ability to lead activities and manage groups safely.
• Strong communication with children, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in students, take attendance, and maintain records.
• Plan and lead daily activities and enrichment lessons.
• Supervise homework time and support academic tasks.
• Ensure safe transitions during snack, play, and changes.
• Address minor behavioral issues with positive guidance.
• Communicate with parents at drop-off/pick-up and log incidents.
• Set up and clean program space; attend daily team meetings.
