Job summary

Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required.
• Must meet one of licensing qualifications for Lead role.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce Colorado licensing requirements daily (15%).
• Supervise students directly during program hours (15%).
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, staff and district colleagues (10%).
• Maintain safe conditions for all participants (10%).
• Promote and market the before/after care program (5%).
• Attend monthly professional development trainings as required by licensing (5%).
• Assist with lesson planning for each operating day (15%).
• Assist with equipment maintenance and storage (5%).
• Contribute ideas for enrichment activities and program quality (5%).
• Create and implement activities and field trips for full day programming (5%).
• Attend monthly staff meetings as required by director (5%).
• Perform other duties as assigned (5%).
