Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Lower Bergen County Inc is seeking a Site Coordinator for the Nita M. Lowey 21st CCLC program at LEAP @ TJMS in Lodi, NJ.

This part-time, non-exempt role supports daily oversight, staff supervision, and program delivery during the academic year and summer. Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing enrichment activities, ensuring licensing compliance, and maintaining positive relationships with youth, families, and school partners.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in after-school settings.
• Experience developing and implementing enrichment programs.
• Knowledge of NJDCF childcare licensing beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading, managing, and supervising staff during programming.
• Ensure activities align with program goals and youth outcomes.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress and concerns.
• Maintain program records and ensure licensing compliance.
