Job summary

California Schools Talent Collaborative in Santa Ana seeks a Temp to Hire After School Program Leader. The role is part-time, Monday to Friday, 12:30pm–6:00pm, at a pay rate of $22.43/hour.

As a CSTC employee, you’ll be placed at a school site as an instructional provider for three months. Upon successful completion and the district’s hiring process, you may transition to direct employment with the district.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 48 Semester/60 Quarter College Units or pass NCLB test.

Responsibilities

• Instruct TK-12 students individually or in groups.
• Implement classroom management and instructional strategies.
• Prepare and duplicate materials; operate instructional equipment.
• Monitor student progress and maintain attendance records.
• Communicate with parents and participate in staff meetings.
• Maintain a clean, safe learning environment daily.
