Job summary

California Schools Talent Collaborative is seeking an After School Program Leader Substitute to support TK-12 students across district sites. This part-time role runs Monday through Friday, 12:30pm–6:00pm, with a pay rate of $22.50/hour and opportunities to travel between school sites.

As an Instructional Provider, you cover open shifts as needed, supervise and guide students, implement classroom activities, and collaborate with staff to maintain a safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 48 Semester/60 Quarter College Units or pass NCLB test.

Responsibilities

• Work with and instruct TK-12 students individually and/or in small and large groups.
• Implement effective classroom management, discipline and instructional strategies.
• Set up activities on a daily basis; prepare and duplicate materials and operate instructional equipment.
• Monitor and evaluate the instruction and the student's progress.
• Travel to other sites to cover staff callouts as needed.
• Attend staff meetings/planning/training sessions on a weekly basis or as required.
