Job summary

Kaiserman JCC in Wynnewood, PA is seeking a KidsTime Manager (part-time) to lead our after-school program. The role is Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, with compensation at $25/hour.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coordinating student transportation, supervising staff, planning age-appropriate activities, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment while communicating with families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and schedule of the Kidstime program.
• Coordinate and manage transportation of students to the JCC.
• Supervise and engage children in a safe, positive, nurturing environment.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and enrichment experiences.
• Lead and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day program management.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
