Arc Experience is hiring for a Part-Time Program Leader at New Los Angeles Charter Middle School in Los Angeles, CA. You will guide students through social-emotional learning, homework help, enrichment activities, and new adventures after school.

The role requires 1 year of after-school experience, strong communication with kids and parents, and the ability to pass a TB test and Live Scan background check. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 2pm–6pm, with occasional minimum-day adjustments.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Strong communication with kids and parents.
• College credits: 48+ units completed or pass an academic proficiency exam.
• TB test and Live Scan background check required.
• Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome kids after school.
• Organize and lead activities including homework help, games, crafts, and projects.
• Lead enrichment activities and student clubs.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment and adapt activities to diverse needs.
• Support the Site Coordinator as needed.
