Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a licensed before and after school program.
• Plan developmentally appropriate activities for youth.
• Recruit, coach, supervise, and support staff and volunteers.
• Foster welcoming environment where children feel valued and safe.
• Build relationships with families, school staff, and community partners.
• Ensure DCYF licensing compliance and safety standards.
• Maintain program records and required reports.
• Oversee classroom management and emergency preparedness.
• Coordinate snacks, supplies, and program materials.
• Participate in family events and professional development.
