Job summary

KinderCare is hiring an experienced Teacher to lead and mentor in a classroom setting. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing space, and partner with parents to support each child’s development.

The role requires strong communication, a CDA credential or progress toward NAEYC candidacy, and a commitment to high-quality early childhood education. This on-site position offers growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
• Active CDA Credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and be physically active.
• English communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor teachers in your classroom.
• Implement curriculum aligned with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities and partners.
