Job summary

Innovation Learning is seeking a Head Coach to lead an after-school program site in the Atlanta area. The role blends youth development, staff supervision, and program operations to create a safe, engaging environment for children after school and during breaks.

You will manage daily activities, coach site staff, build strong relationships with families and school partners, ensure licensing compliance, and handle attendance, safety, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in education, childcare, youth development, recreation, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead staff while actively engaging with children.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
• Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug test

• Facilitate engaging enrichment, academic support, recreation, and character-building activities.
