Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED diploma with 1 year related youth group experience.
• Experience building camp culture through chants, team building and community building preferred.
• Willing to contribute arts, music or crafts talents.
• Commitment to strength-based, trauma-informed youth development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a group of participants during after-school hours.
• Engage participants in activities and model positive behavior.
• Ensure safety of participants at all times.
• Develop and facilitate a sequenced curriculum including arts and crafts.
• Plan culminating events and showcase participants' learning.
• Maintain attendance and required program documentation.
• Engage with parents and guardians professionally.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as specified.
