Job summary

Kidcreate Studio seeks an enthusiastic After School Program Instructor to supervise and engage elementary students in Loudoun County from 3-6 pm, Monday–Friday during the school year. You will plan age-appropriate activities, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure safety while collaborating with parents and staff.

Ideal candidates have experience with children, strong communication, dependability, and energy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in education, child development, recreation, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead groups of children and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Dependable, patient, energetic, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• Must meet applicable background-check and child-safety requirements.

Responsibilities
