Job summary

Kidcreate Studio is seeking an energetic After School Enrichment Program Instructor to bring creativity and fun to kids in the Fairfax, VA area. You will plan engaging lessons, guide students through creative projects, and foster a supportive classroom environment.

Ideal candidates have experience with children in educational settings, strong classroom management, and excellent communication skills. This role requires part-time afternoon hours, reliable transportation to multiple Fairfax-area

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or enrichment setting.
• Ability to work part-time afternoon hours, Monday through Friday.
• Background check required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Weekend availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging after school enrichment lessons and activities for children
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment
• Guide students through age-appropriate creative and educational projects
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive group dynamic
