Job summary

Innovation Learning is hiring a Head Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. This on-site, school-based program requires full-time commitment across five days and both morning and afternoon shifts. Reports to Area Director.

Pay ranges from $23 to $29 per hour, based on experience and region. The Head Coach leads daily operations, runs enrichment, academic support, and activities, and ensures a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in education, childcare, youth development, recreation, or related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Education, Child Development, Human Services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily program operations and ensure a positive experience for students.
• Facilitate enrichment, academic support, recreation, and character-building activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming program environment.
• Manage student attendance, transitions, and dismissal procedures.
• Supervise and support site staff; provide coaching and feedback.
• Lead staff meetings and promote a positive team culture.
• Build relationships with students, families, and school personnel.
• Communicate program updates, successes, and needs.
• Represent the organization professionally within the school community.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate program records and documentation.
