Job summary

Association for Early Learning Leaders is seeking an After-School Teacher (Willing to train) to supervise children aged 3–5 after school, with a hands-on, organized classroom environment. You will help implement daily curriculum and support children's activities, personal care, and safety.

The role offers after-school hours from 2:00–6:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential weekend work if desired. Compensation is $11.00–$13.00 per hour, with paid time off, holiday pay, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must love working with kids.

Responsibilities

• Oversee students aged 3–5 during after-school hours.
• Assist with and implement daily curriculum in the classroom.
• Coordinate children’s personal care, hygiene and learning activities.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the classroom and play areas.
• Inform parents about their children’s behavior and progress.
