Salem Public Schools is seeking After-School Pre-K Staff for the 2026–2027 school year. The program runs after school at Bates, Horace Mann Lab School, Bentley Academy, and the Early Childhood Center, 2:15 PM to 5:00 PM, with 8–10 openings district-wide and internal candidates only.

Applicants must be current SPS staff or eligible to work within the district, with experience in classroom management and supervising young children.

Formación

• Experience with classroom management and active supervision.
• Ability to facilitate outdoor play and enrichment activities.
• Strong organizational skills for check-ins/check-outs and transitions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and facilitate daily after-school activities for Pre-K students.
• Supervise students from dismissal until 5:00 PM at multiple sites.
• Coordinate with school-day staff and families to ensure smooth transitions.
