Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy for children in Northeast El Paso and surrounding areas. The role offers part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and a mission-driven, supportive clinician-owned environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Texas SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP, be CPR certified, and have at least 1 year of SLP experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community

• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals

• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders

• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

• Document care in an electronic medical record system

• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas)

• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing

• Current CPR certification

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Preferred:

• Pediatric or home health experience

• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy

• Bilingual: English and Spanish
