Job summary

The Mentoring Alliance is seeking After School staff in Tyler, Texas, to assist in mentoring children while providing students with a chance to earn a full-ride scholarship to The University of Texas at Tyler.

Ideal candidates must be available at least 17.5 hours per week during after-school hours and commit to attending summer camps. Applicants should maintain a minimum GPA of 2.7 and be enrolled in 12 hours of classes.

Qualifications

• Must work at least 17.5 hours per week.
• Commit to working at least half of Summer Camp.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.7.
• Must be enrolled in at least 12 hours of classes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the After School Program from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
• Make a difference in the lives of children.
• Earn money for school while mentoring.
