Job summary

EduCare Foundation is seeking Frontline Staff to create engaging, safe after-school experiences for students in Los Angeles County. You will work with the Site Coordinator to tutor, mentor, and coach across activities like academics, enrichment, sports, and arts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in after-school, youth programs, or education.
• Ability to work with diverse student groups and guardians.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Supervise and mentor students during after-school programs.
• Maintain accurate attendance and enrollment records.
• Recruit students to participate and support events and field trips.
• Communicate professionally with families, site staff, and partners.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive program environment.

Skills

High school diploma

2+ years youth program experience

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

12 college units or more
