Job summary

KinderCare Education in Nebraska is seeking an energetic Teacher to support young learners in our early childhood programs. You will lead, mentor, and implement curriculum while creating a safe, nurturing classroom where children can play and learn.

You will partner with parents and center staff to meet licensing requirements, drive engagement, and support center goals around enrollment and accreditation. We offer benefits, growth opportunities, and a welcoming, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• State trainer approved (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and engage with children.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum per child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children learn through play.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff on enrollment and accreditation.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
