Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Dallas, TX is seeking a dedicated Teacher to guide and inspire young learners. You will lead, coach and mentor colleagues, implement the approved curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and grow.

Build strong relationships with families, partner with center leadership to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals, and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers and community partners.
