Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Lead Teacher in Dallas to guide a classroom team, implement our curriculum, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and staff to uphold high standards of care and education.

You will partner with parents, support center goals, and help maintain positive relationships with licensing authorities and the community. Strong English communication and dedication to quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a CDA credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer is preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center's success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
