Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher for our Eugene, OR sites. You will implement our curriculum in a way that respects each child’s unique needs and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and grow.

You will partner with parents and center staff to support enrollment and engagement, and help the center achieve its goals while building strong relationships with families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, and multi-tasking ability.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support the centre’s success; work with centre staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
