Job summary

You will work with a supportive team across centers, meet licensing requirements, and contribute to enrollment and accreditation goals while delivering engaging learning experiences every day.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate in English with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's care and education.
• Support center goals on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
