Job summary

Nexplore USA is hiring instructors to lead hands-on after-school classes in Vista, CA. You’ll deliver engaging lessons using provided curriculum while maintaining a safe, fun classroom environment.

The role offers per-class compensation of $75/hour for K-5 sessions on Tue/Wed/Fri from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, with curriculum and materials supplied by Nexplore. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• 2+ years teaching, instructing or coaching (preferred).
• Educational, training or youth-development experience.
• Teaching degree or certificate is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, and able to commit to every scheduled date.

Responsibilities

• Lead the class with energy and keep every student engaged.
• Arrive early to set up, and hand students off safely at dismissal.
• Manage the room so it stays safe and fun.
• Stay in touch with your Program Success Manager.
