Job summary

Nexplore is seeking an enthusiastic instructor to teach a hands-on after-school class for K–2nd grade. You’ll receive complete curriculum and materials; your role is to bring energy and joy to a 3:00 PM–4:00 PM Tuesday session.

Training and ongoing support are provided by a dedicated team, with remote coordination from a Program Success Manager and regional coaches. Ideal candidates have experience with children, and a background in education or youth development helps.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• AA degree or higher; teaching certification is a plus.
• 2+ years teaching, instructing or coaching (preferred).
• Educational, training or youth-development experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commit to every scheduled date.

Responsibilities

• Lead the class with energy and keep every student engaged.
• Arrive early to set up, and hand students off safely at dismissal.
• Manage the room so it stays safe and fun.
• Stay in touch with your Program Success Manager.

Nexplore Instructor Role
