Job summary

Nexplore USA is seeking an instructor to teach a hands-on pottery class after school in Boulder, CO. You’ll use provided curriculum and materials, while bringing enthusiasm to engage K–5 students each week.

Classes run Mondays from 3:45 PM to 4:45 PM, with compensation of $60 per class. Starts Nov 09. You’ll be supported by a Program Success Manager and curriculum coach to ensure a safe, creative learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• AA degree or higher or equivalent.
• 2+ years teaching, instructing or coaching (preferred).
• Educational, training or youth‑development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the class with energy and keep every student engaged.
• Arrive early to set up, and hand students off safely at dismissal.
• Manage the room so it stays safe and fun.
• Stay in touch with your Program Success Manager.

Qualifications:

• Teaching degree or certificate is a plus
• Reliable transportation, and able to commit to every scheduled date
