Job summary

InspireKids in Garfield Heights, OH is hiring an After School Group Therapist to join our outpatient pediatric team. You will deliver group therapy to children aged 4-12 in a developmentally appropriate, evidence-based setting, with a focus on social-emotional learning and family collaboration.

The role offers a Monday–Friday day shift (10:30 am–6:30 pm), competitive salary of $60,000–$70,000 plus a bonus, benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and ongoing CEUs, plus supervision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Social Work or Master's in counseling.
• Active Ohio license or eligibility.
• 1+ year of mental health experience with children.
• Experience with trauma-informed, play-based approaches.
• Ability to build connections with children and families.
• Ability to manage crisis calmly.

Responsibilities

• Provide group therapy services in outpatient setting with developmentally appropriate practices.
• Lead social-emotional skill-building groups and therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support progress at home.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment plans.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team focused on whole-child care.
