Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year related youth program experience preferred.
• Experience building camp culture through chants, team-building activities, and community building is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise identified group of participants and ensure safety at all times.
• Engage youth in after-school activities and role model positive behavior.
• Plan sequenced, thematic curricula including arts, crafts, literacy and related subjects.
• Maintain records, attend staff trainings, and prepare culminating events for participants.
