Job summary

Hokali, Inc. is seeking an energetic after-school program lead to supervise a group of up to 20 students from TK through 8th grade. You will ensure safety, run activities, and assist with homework in a structured, engaging environment.

Responsibilities include managing behavior with positive reinforcement, supervising snack time and outdoor play, and documenting attendance and incidents, with support from an on-site Site Coordinator. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading groups of children (TK–8)
• Ability to keep a group engaged and safe
• Experience recording attendance and incidents
• Willingness to complete required trainings (Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR, Concussion Awareness)
• Fluent in English
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Available weekday afternoons for the full school year

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of up to ~20 students from TK–8 after school.
• Keep every child safe throughout the program.
• Run recreational activities and games.
• Help students with homework.
• Manage behavior using positive reinforcement.
• Handle snack time and outdoor play.
• Keep attendance and incident records.
• Follow lesson plans and collaborate with an on-site Site Coordinator.
