Job summary

Nexplore is seeking an enthusiastic instructor to teach a hands-on after-school class in Boulder, CO. Curriculum, lesson plans and all materials are provided. You bring the joy and energy to engage elementary students in STEAM activities.

Lead the class, arrive early to set up, and ensure safe, fun learning. Work with our Program Success Manager and a dedicated classroom team to deliver engaging weekly sessions for grades K.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children
• Gymnastic certifications
• 2+ years teaching, instructing or coaching (preferred)
• Educational, training or youth-development experience
• Teaching degree or certificate is a plus
• Reliable transportation, and able to commit to every scheduled date

Responsibilities

• Lead the class with energy and keep every student engaged
• Arrive early to set up, and hand students off safely at dismissal
• Manage the room so it stays safe and fun
• Stay in touch with your Program Success Manager
