Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with elementary age children in structured settings.
• Available to work 3 or more days per week (Mon–Fri).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Creative, responsible and able to work independently or in a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during activities and ensure safety while maintaining an engaging, educational environment.
• Plan, organize and implement age-appropriate activities for PK–4th grade and accompany field trips as scheduled.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff and teammates about program activities and student needs.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures and assist in maintaining clean, organized program areas.
