Job summary

Arts for Learning Maryland is seeking an After-School Enrichment Site Lead at Wildwood ES/MS to act as a crucial ambassador, promoting the program's vision and ensuring smooth operations. You will oversee staff, attendance, climate, and partnerships while coordinating with teaching artists and on-site teachers.

The role requires mentoring staff, managing data, and daily communications with families. It is a temporary, non-exempt position paying $40 per hour, with Sick and Safe Leave available

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, people management, and logistical planning skills.
• Punctuality, ability to meet deadlines, and effective communication.
• Ability to collaborate with site staff and Arts for Learning teams.
• Experience with Arts For Learning program culture and procedures.
• Ability to foster inclusive environments and citizen engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the After-School Enrichment site.
• Provide mentorship and oversight of staff and program activities.
• Monitor attendance, climate, culture, and student achievement.
• Ensure timely data collection and reporting of site metrics.
• Communicate with parents/guardians daily about attendance.
• Collaborate with Arts for Learning Maryland on operations and partnerships.
• Model high performance, ethical behavior, and teamwork.
• Enforce site policies and coordinate with external stakeholders.
