Qualifications

• At least 48 college credits or the ability to pass the ISANA Academies Paraprofessional Proficiency Exam.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and enroll in site-based ELOP programs.
• Manage and data-entry of attendance records.
• Ensure safety by enforcing ISANA safety protocols.
• Open communication with parents, vendors, school site teams, and the ICO EXL team.
• Develop and implement daily physical enrichment activities that are age-appropriate.
• Assemble students and enter attendance.
• Distribute and record snacks to ELOP participants.
• Provide front office support at the conclusion of daily ELOP Clubs.
• Exercise independent judgment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
