• Develop lesson plans that promote creativity, collaboration, and leadership.
• Create a joyful, inclusive learning environment where students feel valued.
• Differentiate activities to meet diverse needs and abilities.
• Foster positive relationships with students as a mentor and role model.
• Serve as Group Leader for ~15 students and supervise after‑school activities.
