Qualifications

• Requires 60 completed college credits or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth programs.
• Experience with children/adolescents in schools or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare for each instructional session using approved lesson plans or curriculum.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage active student participation while adapting instruction to varying ages and abilities.
• Maintain supervision and classroom management throughout sessions.
• Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives.
• Follow all applicable school policies, site procedures, safety expectations, and emergency protocols.
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled instructional sessions.
