Qualifications

• 60+ college credits or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, or youth program leadership.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in schools or community settings.
• Strong communication, leadership and classroom management skills.
• Reliable, professional, and organized work habits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare for sessions using approved lesson plans or provided curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage active student participation across ages and learning styles.
• Maintain supervision and classroom management during sessions.
• Communicate with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives regarding attendance and needs.
• Follow school policies, safety expectations, and emergency protocols.
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions.
