Concorde Education partners with schools and community organizations to provide enrichment programs for students across grade levels. We are seeking enthusiastic instructors from various backgrounds to lead hands-on programs in their areas of expertise.

Assignments are part-time, varying by school and program, with compensation starting at $50+ per instructional hour. Sessions typically occur after school, with rolling start dates and varying lengths up to 8–10 weeks per assignment.

Qualifications

• 60+ completed college credits or relevant professional experience for the assignment.
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or leading youth programs.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, or community settings.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and classroom management skills.
• Reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate instruction.
• Prepare for sessions using curriculum or lesson plans.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
• Encourage student participation and adapt instruction to ages and experience.
• Maintain supervision and follow school safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education.
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions.
