Qualifications

• We are seeking instructors with relevant subject knowledge and experience working with youth.
• Preferred qualifications include completing 60+ college credits or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate instruction.
• Prepare for sessions using provided curriculum or approved lesson plans.
• Create a positive, inclusive, well‑managed learning environment.
• Encourage student participation and adapt for different ages.
• Maintain appropriate student supervision and follow site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education.
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions.
