Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; KIPP assessment before interview.
• AA degree or two years of college coursework preferred.
• Experience with groups of elementary or middle school students in academic or recreational settings preferred.
• Ability to lead groups safely and work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic assistance, intervention support, and recreational programming in small groups and whole-class settings.
• Develop and implement academic, recreational, and enrichment activities.
• Supervise students to ensure safety and orderly program operation; assist classroom teachers as needed.
