Job summary

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Able to carry out duties cooperatively with others.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering quality Metro Kids programming and adhere to District procedures and licensing regulations.
• Communicate program expectations clearly to staff, students and parents/guardians.
• Implement positive student behavior management techniques.
• Contribute to engaging, age-appropriate academic and enrichment activities.
• Assist with safely dismissing students and maintaining positive relationships with families.
